Short Loin Pork Chops

Our chestnut fed heritage pasture raised pork can only be produced when we have chestnuts and therefore the product is available from chestnut season onwards until we run out of chestnuts. We usually have pork until November or December. We email our customer community when we have pork available.

Pork is unable to be ordered through our website, please email us for product availability. Perth delivery locations can be scheduled, as well as the option to come to our farm and pick up your meat.

Our short loin pork chops come from heritage chestnut-fed pigs raised at Chestnut Brae Farm. The pigs are free-range and rotated across pastures, following regenerative farming practices that not only improve soil health but also enhance the quality of future crops. Their organic chestnut diet gives the pork a unique, rich flavor that makes our chops stand out.

Because chestnut-fed pork is only available from chestnut season until our supply runs out, typically through November or December, we notify our community when the pork is ready. To receive updates, join our newsletter. Orders are placed via email, with delivery available to Perth and the southwest, or pick-up directly from our farm.
