Refunds, returns & exchanges

Returns Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  For a major failure with the goods, you are entitled

(a) to cancel the purchase, and
(b) to a refund for the price of the goods

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@chestnutbrae.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
