Description
Our chestnut-fed heritage pasture-raised pork belly is a seasonal delicacy, available only when we have chestnuts, typically from chestnut season until November or December. Raised using regenerative farming practices, our pigs are rotated on different land to improve soil health, benefiting both the environment and crop quality. The result is a flavorful, rich pork belly, perfect for slow roasting or braising, and delicious when paired with chestnuts, apples, or aromatic spices.
