Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation.
You will accept prepayment by: Bank transfer. You will refund within: 7 days.

STAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Check-in is from 2.00pm, Check-out is by 10.00am.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated at Chestnut Brae.
Chestnut Brae Farmstay is non smoking.
Any damage, breakages, theft and loss other than the usual wear and tear associated with a short-term rental, are your responsibility (as tenants) during your stay.
On departure, we ask that the Cottage be left in a similar state to its condition upon your arrival.

Chestnut Brae acknowledges the Wardandi and Bibbulmun people, the traditional custodians of the country we live on, and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures; and to elders both past and present.
