Our Italian pork sausages are made from heritage chestnut-fed pigs, raised free-range at Chestnut Brae Farm. These pigs enjoy an organic chestnut diet during the chestnut season, which enhances the flavor of the meat. Raised using regenerative farming methods, the pigs are rotated across different areas of land to improve soil microbes and future crop health. This sustainable approach ensures both the wellbeing of the pigs and the land they help nurture.
Since our chestnut-fed pork is only available from chestnut season until we run out, usually by November or December, we notify our community via email when it’s in stock. Sign up for our newsletter for updates. Pork orders can be placed by emailing us, and we offer delivery to Perth and the southwest, or farm pick-up.
