Our smoked chorizo is made from chestnut-fed heritage pasture-raised pork. The pigs are free-range and enjoy an organic chestnut diet during chestnut season, contributing to the rich flavor and superior quality of the pork. Raised using regenerative farming practices, our methods support soil health, future crops, and the wellbeing of the animals.
Since chestnut-fed pork is only available from chestnut season until we run out (usually by November or December), our pork products are limited. We notify our customer community via email when products are available. To order, please email us directly. Delivery can be arranged in Perth and the southwest, or you can collect your order from our farm.
