Our chestnut-fed heritage pasture-raised pork spare ribs are a seasonal treat, available from chestnut season through November or December. The pigs are raised using regenerative farming practices, where they’re rotated across different land to enhance soil health and promote future crop vitality. This ethical farming method not only supports the environment but also delivers ribs that are succulent and packed with flavor.
Ideal for slow cooking or grilling, our spare ribs are delicious with marinades like honey garlic, BBQ, or a spicy rub. Pair them with roasted vegetables or chestnut-infused sides for a unique culinary experience.
