Our pork comes from heritage chestnut-fed pigs, raised free-range at Chestnut Brae. The pigs enjoy a natural, organic chestnut diet during the chestnut season, which enhances the flavor and nutritional quality of the pork. Our regenerative farming practices, including rotating the pigs on different land, promote healthier soil microbes and crop health, benefiting both the land and your health.
