Our pork scotch fillet comes from heritage chestnut-fed pigs, raised free-range at Chestnut Brae. These pigs thrive on an organic chestnut diet during the chestnut season, adding a unique flavor to the meat. We practice regenerative farming, rotating the pigs across different land to improve soil health and future crops. This natural approach benefits both the pigs and the environment, promoting healthier and more sustainable food production.
