Amazing, amazing, amazing. We had these as part of our mid week dinner and I can highly recommend them. Im not normally a sausage fan but these have converted me forever. I have always enjoyed Chestnut Brae’s product and this one is no different. The best quality pork I’ve ever had in a sausage, the flavour was spot on and with just the right amount of pepper.
