Sausages – Cumberland

Our chestnut fed heritage pasture raised pork can only be produced when we have chestnuts and therefore the product is available from chestnut season onwards until we run out of chestnuts. We usually have pork until November or December. We email our customer community when we have pork available.
We send out an email when the meat is available, join our newsletter for updates.

Pork is unable to be ordered through our website, please email us for product availability. Perth delivery locations can be scheduled, as well as the option to come to our farm and pick up your meat.

Our Cumberland sausages are made from organic chestnut-fed pigs raised in a positive, sustainable environment. Our pigs rotate across different lands, helping to improve soil microbes and future crop health. This regenerative farming practice not only benefits the land but also enhances the health of the pigs and, ultimately, our own health. With a perfect balance of flavour and care for the environment, these sausages offer a delicious, ethical choice. Available now from our farm shop or online.

    Amazing, amazing, amazing. We had these as part of our mid week dinner and I can highly recommend them. Im not normally a sausage fan but these have converted me forever. I have always enjoyed Chestnut Brae’s product and this one is no different. The best quality pork I’ve ever had in a sausage, the flavour was spot on and with just the right amount of pepper.
