Black Lime Relish

Ever heard of Black Limes? They are sour and aromatic, and intensley citrus as you would expect.
Black limes is a way of creating a spice out of limes developed for Arab cooking, it is fantastic additive in a range of Middle Eastern and North African dishes.
Until recently all the Black Limes in Australia were from overseas.
There is one grower who produces Black Limes in Australia and they are located in Gin Gin, north of Perth and they are now available at Chestnut Brae.

We love them paired with pork!
