Ingredients:
- Rolled Oats (one handful per person)
- Water (one cup per person)
- Lake Deborah Salt
- Chestnut Brae peeled Sweet Chestnuts (one handful per person) (puchase here)
Method:
- Air fry chestnuts. (180C for 15 minutes) then chop into small chunks.
- In a large saucepan, add one handful of rolled oats per person.
- Add one cup of water per person, the chestnuts and salt to taste.
- Bring to the boil, then simmer until soft and creamy (3-4 minutes)
