About the Event

Roses build resilience!

As many of us know, gardening is great for the soul and the mind.

But how does it help? What does it do to us? Is being in nature really that beneficial?

Scientific studies have demonstrated there are both mental and physical benefits to gardening.

Join us at a show garden in Nannup to discuss some of the benefits and the differences we can experience by gardening and growing as individuals and a community.

This workshop goes for 1.5hrs

Followed by discovering some of the more unusual plants and their health benefits at Chestnut Brae with John Stanley

Tea/coffee and biscuits included
